Training & Launch Support
Led a five-week training and knowledge transfer programme in Hyderabad, India, upskilling a newly established support engineering team in transmission operations and broadcast workflows. Responsible for signing off on the transmission infrastructure build, ensuring the team and systems met DAZN Group's operational standards prior to go-live.
Portadown Elim Church Broadcast Infrastructure Upgrade
Design & Delivery
Designed and delivered a complete broadcast infrastructure installation for Portadown Elim Church, encompassing a six-camera setup, sound console, vision mixing and video matrix. Project completed on time and within budget, demonstrating strong end-to-end project management and technical integration skills.
